Practical help for workers in tough jobs.
From knowing your legal rights to getting help when things go wrong — we provide free, accessible support for people in insecure, low-paid, and unregulated work.
Real help for real people in real jobs.
What We Offer
Know Your Rights
Many self-employed and low-paid workers don't know what they are entitled to. Our free workshops and resources cover employment rights, self-employment obligations, tax responsibilities, and health and safety — all in plain, simple language.

Advocacy & Support
Being treated unfairly at work? Not getting paid properly? Feeling unsafe? We will listen, help you understand your options, and support you to take action. You don't have to face it alone.
For taxi drivers underpaid by operators, warehouse workers in unsafe conditions, or beauty workers exploited by salon owners — we are on your side.
Community Outreach
Many of the people we help don't know that support exists. We reach isolated workers through drop-in sessions, community events, multilingual materials, and partnerships with local organisations. We come to you — at taxi ranks, community centres, and places of worship.
Skills, Training & Signposting
Helping workers get proper licensing, understand regulations, and connecting them to services like HMRC, ACAS, Citizens Advice, and local health services.
Who Are These Services For?
Our services are designed for people who often fall through the cracks of mainstream support. If you work hard but feel unsupported, we want to hear from you.
Taxi & Delivery Drivers
Uber, Bolt, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Amazon Flex drivers and riders who need clarity on employment status, licensing, insurance, and their rights when things go wrong with platforms.
Warehouse & Motor Trade Workers
People in physically demanding jobs who may face unsafe conditions, unpaid overtime, or zero-hours contracts. We help you understand what your employer must provide by law.
Beauty Practitioners
Nail technicians, barbers, beauticians, and hairdressers — especially those working cash-in-hand. We help with understanding tax obligations, getting properly licensed, and knowing your rights.
