Roots & Rights CIC exists to support people from lower income and disadvantaged backgrounds — especially those in insecure, low-paid, or unregulated work. We are talking about taxi drivers, delivery riders, warehouse workers, nail technicians, barbers, and beauticians.
These workers form a vital part of our local economy, yet they often face isolation, exploitation, and limited access to support. As a Community Interest Company, we reinvest everything back into the communities we serve. Our independence means we always put people first.
